Senior Commercial Property Manager

Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a premier commercial office property
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and vendors
- Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and building projects
- Manage tenant requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Support invoice processing, accounts payable, budgeting activities, and property reporting
- Maintain property records and operational documentation
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, janitorial, and vendor teams
- Conduct property inspections and ensure operational standards are maintained
- Assist with tenant engagement initiatives and special projects
- Support ownership objectives through exceptional customer service and communication
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience
- Experience managing Class A office properties strongly preferred
- Strong tenant relations and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with commercial property management software platforms preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
