This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dental practice.Chairside & Patient CarePrepare and seat patients; ensure comfort before, during, and after treatmentTake radiographs, digital scans, and impressionsReview medical/dental history and document findingsProvide post-op instructions and patient educationSupport treatment plan discussions and case acceptanceOperatory & Clinical SupportSet up, break down, and disinfect operatoriesMaintain sterilization and OSHA complianceMonitor inventory and restock suppliesAssist with lab cases, impressions, and trackingTeam & Administrative SupportMaintain accurate clinical documentationCollaborate with doctors, hygienists, and front office teamAssist with scheduling flow and patient transitionsSupport team needs in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentRequirementsQualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma; minimum 1 Year experience as an EFDA; maintain current EFDA license; maintain current CPR certification; maintain CE requirementsWorking Conditions Primarily a controlled office environment with regular exposure to clinical situations.Maintain current PA EFDA license and CE requirementsMaintain current CPR certificationTraining Schedule is Monday-Friday for the first week.12 Hour Shifts/Every other weekend Shift differential applies to Saturdays!
