The Role

This isn’t a desk job. It’s fast-paced, team-oriented, and performance-driven.

• Represent clients face-to-face and build real relationships with customers in-person
• Deliver a consultative, high-energy customer experience
• Work toward daily and weekly performance sales goals
• Learn how to run sales presentations, handle objections, and close confidently
• Be part of a sales team that competes, supports, and wins together

Position Details

• Full-time, entry-level
• In-person role in Grand Rapids, MI
• Weekly pay + performance-based bonuses; uncapped commissions average $55,000-65,000+ in the first year (plus additional bonuses and incentives)
• No prior sales experience required
