Cabarrus Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist In-Charge to join our team in Concord, North Carolina. As an independent pharmacy specializing in personalized medication services, compounding, and specialty pharmaceuticals, we are committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Fulfill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide drug information to patients and healthcare providers
- Dispense medications and ensure patient safety
- Conduct medication therapy management and clinical pharmacy operations
Required Skills:
- Pharmacy Operations experience
- Immunization Certified
- Ability to fill prescriptions accurately
- Strong knowledge of drug information
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Retail Pharmacy experience
- Prescription Dispensing proficiency
- Understanding of Drug Interactions
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Licensed Pharmacist
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in compounding medications
- Visual inspection skills
- Experience with patient counseling
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to provide excellent patient care
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $110,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $116,000.00
- Health Insurance, Sick Leave, Paid Time Off
