About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production operations and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production process
• Operate basic machinery and air-powered hand tools (such as pneumatic drills, grinders, and impact wrenches)
• Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products from machines, pallets, and workstations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform quality checks on products
• Support team members and supervisors as needed
• Complete other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
• Experience using air-powered (pneumatic) hand tools preferred
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift experience (preferred) 
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $16.00/hour
