About the Role Join a real estate finance practice handling sophisticated lending transactions. This opportunity is designed for an attorney with 3-8 years of law firm experience in real estate finance, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex lending matters. Responsibilities Handle sophisticated commercial real estate lending transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and related transaction agreements. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on financing matters. Provide legal advice and ongoing support to clients throughout transactions. Conduct legal analysis related to real estate finance matters. Coordinate transaction documents and assist with successful closings. Maintain effective communication with clients, lenders, and legal teams. Support multiple real estate finance matters while meeting project deadlines. Qualifications 3-8 years of law firm experience in real estate finance. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Superior academic credentials. Preferred: Experience with balance sheet bank lending transactions. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Skills Drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements. Legal analysis and problem-solving. Client counseling and relationship management. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
