Memory Care Director - Senior Living

Salary: $58,000-$64,000 per year

We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Memory Care Director to lead the Memory Care program and create a welcoming, secure, and engaging environment for our residents. This is an opportunity for a caring leader who enjoys working with seniors, supporting families, and building a strong team

The Memory Care Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the memory care program ensuring residents receive thoughtful support that promotes dignity, independence, social engagement, and quality of life. You’ll work closely with residents, families, caregivers, and community leadership while overseeing staff training, documentation, activities, and compliance with applicable regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare or a related setting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience working with seniors; memory care or dementia experience is strongly preferred
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Familiarity with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to changing needs
• Strong commitment to resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
• Dependable, honest, collaborative, and compassionate leadership style
• Ability to meet required health standards and pass a background check
