University ESL/Oral English Teachers

Currently several ESL teachers are needed! (Contract date: 1st Aug. 2026 to 31st Jul. 2027)
*Salary, Benefits, and Perks*
1.Competitive salary: Pre-tax yearly salary for newly hired teachers starts from 164,584 RMB to 202,232 RMB according to academic qualifications and background. The university also offers annual salary increase opportunities based on continuous employment (up to 3 years).
2.Offer Chinese holiday allowance as an extra benefit. 
3.Standard Workload: 22 teaching periods per week (1 teaching period =45 minutes).
4.Regular teaching outings and festival parties provided.
5.Free use of on-campus accommodation excluding utilities: studio (35㎡), one-bedroom apartment (45㎡) and villa (65㎡) provided. It has a community-based living environment and an international food street directly across campus (western-style chain restaurants, Halal, BBQ, cafes, milk tea shop and various Chinese cuisines). Provide regular free on-site safety inspections and maintenance services.
6.Free use of on-campus facilities such as football pitch, basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court, table-tennis court, tennis court and regular extra-curricular activities held by college. A fully equipped and fee-based gym and swimming pool are available.
7.Free Hong Kong apartment provided for short stay.

9.Free Chinese tutoring classes provided.
10.A meal allowance of RMB 6 is provided on each weekday.
11.Winter and summer vacation: up to 3.5 months in each academic year.

15.Provide on-boarding training. A supportive, driven and caring team of foreign directors and IECO staffs is available from college.

*Requirements* 
1. Native English speaker. We are looking for foreign talents preferably from: U.K., U.S.A, Ireland, Australia, Canada , New Zealand.
2. M.A. or Ph.D. degree in English, TESOL, Education, Management, Accounting, Economics, Law, Data Science, Computer Science, Humanity is preferred.
3. One to two years of teaching in a school or university classroom is preferred.
4. Having a teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
5. Understanding and an open-mind to the challenges of living and working in China.
6. A passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
7. Skills: communication, facilitation, team collaboration, presentation skill and classroom management skill. Basic computer skills for office work.
8. Under the age of 49.
