Location: Hope, AR | Schedule: Full-time, on-site Overview An established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join its leadership team. This pivotal role will oversee the accuracy and timely reporting of all financial data while collaborating closely with local and executive management to evaluate performance and drive business strategy, while also leading continuous improvement initiatives across inventory management, financial reporting processes, and analytical tool development. What you'll do Maintain, document, and regularly audit effective internal controls, ensuring strict adherence to corporate policies including capital spending, asset safeguarding, transaction approvals, and expense reimbursements Verify the integrity and completeness of financial transactions through detailed reconciliation, reviews, and advanced analytical procedures Deliver timely, accurate monthly and annual financial forecasts, reporting results in full compliance with corporate and division requirements Partner directly with the General Manager and department leaders to evaluate financial results, identify key operational metrics, and develop actionable business strategies Manage, mentor, and foster the professional growth of all accounting department staff through frequent, hands-on interaction Develop new analytical tools and actively participate in company-wide initiatives to enhance inventory management and financial systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting ( 4-year) Active CPA designation 5+ years of relevant accounting work experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Preferred qualifications Background in public accounting Previous supervisory/management experience Hands-on experience with physical inventory management and inventory accounting Deep expertise in financial reporting frameworks and internal control implementation Why this role This is a pivotal leadership position offering the opportunity to partner directly with executive management, drive company-wide process improvements, and mentor a growing accounting team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
