Knoxville Area GI

Practice Type:

Mixed Inpatient and Outpatient
Advance procedures preferred; not required

Current Team Structure:

Nurse Practitioners: 2 NPs, managing 14-16 patients per day

Schedule:

Rotation:
- Week 1:
  - Monday: Clinic
  - Tuesday: Hospital procedures
  - Wednesday: Half-day hospital, half-day clinic
  - Thursday: Clinic
  - Friday: Clinic
- Week 2:
  - Monday-Friday: All hospital procedures
Call Schedule:
- Call schedule will be 1:5 with the addition of the new physician (support from private group)
- Call responsibilities are manageable with strong hospitalist support and efficient scheduling

Clinic Operations:

NPs manage the clinic full-time, ensuring continuity of care
New physician expected to balance the workload and maintain efficient patient flow

Compensation Package:

Competitive salary - Based on experience and skillset
