Godby Hearth & Home is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Installer for custom glass and home products. This year-round position offers competitive pay ($20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience), a comprehensive benefits package, and optional overtime during the busy season.

What’s in it for You?

Competitive pay ($20 - $30 per hour based on experience)
7:30 AM to 5 PM work schedule, Monday through Friday, with 45 hours per week and optional weekend overtime

Your Role:

Install custom shower glass and mirrors in new and existing homes
Troubleshoot and repair shower door enclosures
Install bathroom fixtures and door hardware
Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
Read and interpret construction blueprints and documentation
Lift up to 75 lbs. individually and over 200 lbs. as part of a team
Use hand and power tools proficiently
Communicate effectively in writing and orally
