Job Description Order Picker / Warehouse Associate We are hiring Order Pickers / Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution facility in the Orlando, FL 32824 area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for pay increases and advancement based on performance and skills. Schedule: Monday- Friday, starting at 8: 00 AM until work is completed Pay: $16.00/hour + overtime Hours: Approximately 40- 60 hours per week depending on workload Job Duties:
- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Lift and move boxes throughout the warehouse
- Verify products are correctly packed
- Apply labels to boxes
- Palletize completed orders
- Move and organize products and boxes
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Perform other warehouse duties as needed
- Ability to lift and move boxes repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a busy warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is preferred but not required
