About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate to provide friendly, professional support to customers and help create a positive experience throughout every interaction.

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to answer questions, provide product and service information, resolve concerns, and assist with general customer needs. You’ll also work closely with other team members to ensure customers receive accurate information and timely support.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and can stay organized in a busy customer-facing environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout each interaction
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and general support needs
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, policies, and current offerings
• Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary
• Assist with orders, transactions, payments, account updates, or service requests when applicable
• Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
• Update customer information within internal systems or CRM platforms
• Coordinate with team members to resolve customer requests efficiently
• Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming customer environment
• Support customer satisfaction and overall service quality
• Assist with additional customer service and operational responsibilities as needed

Previous experience in customer service, customer support, retail, hospitality, client services, sales support, or another customer-facing position is preferred but not required.
