Responsibilities: Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and engineering teams Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement Develop and maintain detailed reports dashboards and data models to support decision-making Facilitate meetings workshops and sprint planning sessions with cross-functional teams Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions meet defined requirements Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a software or technology environment Proficiency in requirements gathering process mapping and workflow documentation Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar platforms Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders Experience with SQL data analysis or BI tools is a plus Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or a related field Compensation: $100000.00 - $110000.00 per year
