Surgical First Assist - CSFA

CVOR Certified Surgical First AssistantThe role requires a Surgical First Assistant with experience in cardiovascular surgery. Candidates should have hands-on experience with various surgical procedures. The clinician will assist during operations and manage the surgical environment. Daily workload includes approximately 8 surgical cases. Call responsibilities involve being on call 1-2 times per week and every 3-4 weekends. Professional conduct and effective teamwork are essential in this role. The candidate must have knowledge of current surgical techniques and technologies. A commitment to patient care and safety is paramount in this position. Candidates should be able to adapt to the dynamic nature of the surgical environment.
