Help Desk Associate

Responsibilities Kforce is partnering with a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Tier 1 IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support to end users. Summary: This role is responsible for troubleshooting common hardware, software, password, connectivity, and system access issues while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to efficiently resolve and upscale technical issues as needed in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Help Desk or IT Support experience Experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems Continuous learning mindset with a focus on technical development Independent learner Strong communication skills Detail-oriented and reliable Excellent deductive reasoning skills Bilingual skills are a plus Desired Skills Experience delivering exceptional customer service Strong troubleshooting and technical support expertise Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Ability to mentor, train, and support team members Experience supporting transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems is a plus Experience supporting enterprise business applications is highly preferred, including: Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Mobile Applications Scan & Imaging Solutions Logistics & Workflow Platforms Email Configuration & Account Setup Infios (formerly MercuryGate) TMS The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
