Maintenance Technician - $39/hr
Position Summary

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems throughout a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial electrical systems, motors, drives, preventative maintenance, and equipment installation.
Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
• Repair and replace single-phase and three-phase motors
• Maintain and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and associated motor controls
• Install, repair, and maintain electronic equipment
• Install and maintain electrical services throughout plant facilities
• Support new equipment installations, including mounting, wiring, and electrical connections
• Complete preventative maintenance (PM) work orders on plant equipment
• Diagnose and resolve electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime

Available Shifts

• 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

This is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $77397.00 - $83637.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly.
