Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Location

Concord, MA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3x12-hour shifts | Every other weekend | Every other holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech EMR
• Float to similar units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• BLS certification required (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience required
• Must be prepared to complete a telemetry competency test on the first day of orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
• Experience floating to similar acute care units
