Hospitality Worker I - Lockheed Martin CLE/HQThe Hospitality Worker I is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $21.00. Benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.Job Responsibilities:Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needsBook reservations and coordinate registrationOperate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactionsAnswer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as neededMaintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Other duties and tasks as assigned by managerQualifications:Previous guest services experience preferredDemonstrates excellent customer service skillsDemonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detailThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
