About the Role: As an LPN at Neighborhood, you’ll use your training, organizational skills, attention to detail, and influencing skills as you perform nursing tasks and help ensure an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include: Nursing tasks within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling and provision of supportive and restorative care under direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed provider Administer medications and provide treatments prescribed by providers Perform immunizations and injections Assist in facilitating patient flow for providers Maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc. Perform all CLIA waiver tests and ensures all tests are up to date Place and document PPD Comply patient information in the absence of an RN and consult with medical provider You will be primarily based at our Blasdell and Hamburg locations and you will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.
