Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts | Monday – Friday | No Weekends, On-Call, or Floating
Local Candidates Required: Yes
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes
Pay Range: $70 to $75/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy, mobility interventions, and rehabilitation services in an LTC/SNF setting.
Required Qualifications
Active Washington Physical Therapist License; pending license accepted.
Minimum 1 year of recent SNF and/or LTC experience.
BCLS certification.
Experienced travelers only; first-time travelers not accepted.
Reliable personal transportation required.
COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required.
Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and mobility interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain accurate documentation using Net Solutions.
Educate residents and caregivers on mobility, safety, and home exercise programs.
