Tim Lane State Farm is in search of a full-time, in-office front desk Administrative Assistant /Customer Service Representative to join and support our team at our Spokane Valley State Farm office. You do not need to have insurance background. If you have excellent office etiquette, administrative and/or customer service background and strong verbal/written communication skills, we are interested in talking to you. Candidate must have office administration and/or office customers service experience. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5PM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering incoming office calls
Scheduling appointments
Processing insurance documentation
Billing/late pay support
Claims support
Responding to current customer policy questions
Support office team members/agents

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have administration experience
Detail oriented, organized with excellent writing, typing, verbal, note taking capabilities and multi-tasking
Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and customer data systems
A very positive, friendly attitude that enjoys helping others
