Supervisor Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Duluth, Minnesota

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ER nursing staff, providing daily supervision and clinical support
• Coordinate patient flow and prioritize care based on acuity
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and other departments to optimize patient outcomes
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development for ER nursing personnel
• Ensure compliance with all relevant protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Rapidly respond to emergencies and assist with critical interventions as needed
• Handle reporting, incident documentation, and communication with leadership

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN license (unencumbered)
• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an ER setting
• Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity strongly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional ER-related certifications are a strong plus
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and crisis management abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
