Position TitleMLS Technical Specialist - Core Lab HematologyDays - Full TimeBell HospitalPosition Summary / Career Interest:The MLS Technical Specialist participates in all departmental responsibilities for comprehensive laboratorytesting for patients. This includes ensuring patients laboratory results are accurate, timely and with quality.They are also responsible for overseeing the laboratory department in the absence of themanager/supervisor. They are the technical specialist and the domain expert for issues that arise in thedepartment.JOB REQUIREMENTSRequired:Bachelor's Degree and meets the CLIA requirements for high complexity testing requiredASCP, NCA or eligible (must be completed within 6 months of hire)Graduate of a NCCLS approved training programPreferred:Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological, Physical, or ChemicalTime Type:Full timeJob Requisition ID:R-52207Important information for you to know as you apply:The health system is an equal employment opportunity employer.
