What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Administering educational and behavioral assessments, tracking progress, and updating IEP documentation
• Collaborating with general education staff and support personnel to foster an inclusive, supportive environment
• Communicating regularly with parents and guardians to ensure a team approach to supporting each student
• Providing a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Participating in professional development and training as required
