Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,680 – $1,770
• Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 (Cleveland metro area)
• Setting: Level III NICU – neonatal intensive care unit
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (6/26/2026 – 9/25/2026)
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36

Required Qualifications (NICU Registered Nurse)

• Minimum 18 months of recent Level III NICU experience (neonatal nursing experience)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio OR Compact State RN license
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (active; no pending)
• Two clinical references from NICU manager, ANM, supervisor, or director (from assignments in the past 12 months)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)

NICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU
• Monitor, assess, and document neonatal conditions, trends, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders and NICU protocols
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Support and educate families, delivering compassionate family-centered care throughout the NICU stay
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
