Clinical Sales Specialist, Vascular

Location: Connecticut or Massachusetts
Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 OTE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced clinical professional to join a field-based vascular team, providing clinical expertise, procedural support, and product education to healthcare professionals. This role is particularly well suited for a Cath Lab Technologist, Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist, RCIS, Radiologic Technologist, or similar clinical professional interested in transitioning their procedural experience into the medical device industry.

The Clinical Sales Specialist will work directly with physicians, nurses, technologists, and other clinical staff to support vascular and interventional procedures while helping customers successfully utilize specialized medical devices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical and procedural support to physicians and clinical teams during vascular and interventional procedures.

• Educate physicians, Cath Lab and IR staff, and other healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of vascular products and technologies.

• Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical training at hospitals and healthcare facilities.

• Support product evaluations, new account conversions, and adoption of new technologies.

• Partner closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide clinical expertise throughout the sales process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, technologists, nurses, and other key clinical stakeholders.

• Serve as a clinical resource for questions related to procedures, product applications, and best practices.

• Travel regularly throughout the assigned Connecticut and Massachusetts territory to support customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, IR Technologist, RCIS, Radiologic Technologist, or comparable clinical professional .

• Strong understanding of vascular, interventional radiology, cardiovascular, or related procedures.

• Experience working directly with physicians and clinical teams in a procedural environment.

• Strong communication, presentation, and clinical education skills.

• Ability to confidently demonstrate and explain medical devices in a clinical setting.

• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment and manage a geographically dispersed territory.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.
