The Project Manager facilitatesthe execution of project/program solutionplanfor clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs.This rolerequires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity withfinancial impactbetween $100K and $2.5M. . As a Project Manager, you will: Have fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction. Be responsible fordelivery of results for the respective process steps. Guidetechnical or administrative staff. Act as a functional process resource on projects or programs Contribute to continuous improvementplan. Performactiverole inmaintainingfunctionally focused client relationships. Be responsible forseveral small projects. Review project specifications,drawingsand project-specific documents to establish project intent. Develop andmaintaina project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team.Identifytime-sensitive installation needs. Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects. Review plans and specifications andparticipatein project cost reviews. Assist Operations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors. Conduct an orientation for project technicians and provide project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc. Track resources andprojectsprogress. Document project events thatimpactthe schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency. Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities. Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinate withAccountingteam and Operations Manager. Schedule project-specific commissioning resources andprovidescommissioning documentation. Expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development. Complete project-specific close-out documentation. Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet scope, scheduling, and financial requirements. Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions and actions. The pay range for this position is $86,180 - $147,737 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
