About Hospital Services Technicians Under management direction, a Hospital Services Worker travels between customer healthcare facilities providing on-site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for various Stericycle programs, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. This service is provided at regularly scheduled intervals for assigned facilities. Schedule: Tuesday and Friday Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center Start Time: 5 am Compensation: $20.19 II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substance and Document Management. * Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.

• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined scheduled.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications * This position requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers, and * 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations or preferred education requirement * Valid Driver's License B. Preferred Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED (accredited) IV. Pay: The expected base pay rate for this office/on-site or position is $20.19. This range represents a good faith estimate forthis position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidatemay be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
