Advance Practice Provider

Job Description We are seeking an Advance Practice Provider to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. Responsibilities Administer wound debridement and home healthcare and other medical procedures such as wound grafting Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance Develop and implement patient management plans Travel to homes to perform in‑home wound care, create dictated procedure/coding notes Travel to homes in locations throughout Michigan Become a subspecialist at in‑home wound grafting Qualifications Previous experience as a physician assistant or other medical fields Familiarity with medical tools and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Innovative ministry to people in need of sub specialty surgical care.
