What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all store operations during your shift
• Oversee cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and food management
• Maintain staffing levels, scheduling, and paperwork
• Uphold Domino's image and quality standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly
• Drive store profitability and marketing efforts

Requirements

• Strong judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and reaching throughout a shift
• Must follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time

Additional Information

Physical requirements: Tasks are performed primarily standing. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, carry product, bend, reach, push dollies, and occasionally navigate stairs or ladders. Temperatures in the work environment range from 36°F (cooler) to 90°F+ in some areas. Exposure to hot surfaces (oven up to 500°F), sharp edges, and moving parts.
