Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Location: Fairfax, VA; Leesburg, VA. Full time positions available at Inova Loudoun Hospital, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, and two Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the region. Job Summary Inova is seeking experienced, passionate CRNAs to join our world‑class anesthesia team. The role requires expertise in a broad spectrum of anesthetic delivery, including intravenous/general, spinal, and epidural anesthesia, and clinical services such as joint replacement, spine, vascular, minimally invasive surgery, interventional radiology, maternal/obstetrics, endoscopic, and diagnostic imaging. Experience: No experience required, but 2‑3 years preferred. Certification: American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required. Licensure: Licensed Nurse Practitioner. If an RN, possess an RN Compact License (depending on state of primary residence), and a license (or eligibility) as a nurse practitioner in the Commonwealth of Virginia with a signed “Practice Agreement,” written “Scope of Practice/Protocol,” and (if prescribing controlled substances) a Drug Enforcement Administration license. Payer Credentialing: Ability to complete the credentialing process by third‑party payors and enrollment as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor. Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services. Preferred Qualifications Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience in all methods of anesthetic delivery, including intravenous/general, spinal, and epidural. Experience in a broad spectrum of clinical services such as joint replacement, spine, vascular, minimally invasive surgery, interventional radiology, obstetrics/gynecology, endoscopic, and diagnostic imaging.
