Administer prescribed medications and treatments; observe for adverse reactions and report changes to the physician or NP. Notify and collaborate with MD/NP for changes in patient status; assist with admissions and discharges as part of the care team. Provide activities of daily living (ADL) assistance, patient safety support, and patient/family education to promote independence and comfort. Deliver specialized care duties as assigned, including gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatments, wound VAC care, CPAP care, and tracheostomy care. Requirements Hawaii RN license, active by start date of assignment. Willingness to work flex/varied 8‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to perform complex nursing duties listed in responsibilities within a hospital setting that includes an on‑site long‑term care facility.
