General ManagerJob duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and delivering product by car to customer's door. Training and communication skills are provided on the job. Essential functions include mathematical skills, motor coordination, and ability to work under stress. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Requires valid driver license and access to insured vehicle for delivery. Exposure to varying weather conditions, fumes, dust, and hot surfaces/tools. Sensing includes talking, hearing, vision, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
