Outpatient Therapist – Apex, NC

Brinkley Brown Mental Wellness, PLLC is a growing, multidisciplinary private practice with nearly 30 providers serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across North Carolina.

We are seeking a Fully or Associate Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our team at our Apex location.

We're looking for a well-rounded clinician who enjoys working with a variety of clients and presenting concerns and is interested in building a consistent in-person caseload.

Our practice receives a steady flow of referrals for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, behavioral concerns, and other mental health needs.

This position is specifically for a clinician interested in providing in-person services at our Apex office, where we continue to see significant demand for face-to-face appointments.

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to speak with you if you:

• Are fully or associate licensed in North Carolina as an LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA, or LCMHC/LCMHCA
• Enjoy working with a diverse outpatient population
• Are comfortable treating a range of presenting concerns
• Are interested in developing a consistent caseload of 20+ sessions per week
• Are available to provide in-person services at our Apex office
• Value evidence-based, ethical, and client-centered care
• Enjoy professional independence while still being part of a supportive team

Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, or families is especially valued due to continued demand in these areas.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with percentage-based compensation. Clinicians have significant autonomy over their schedules and caseloads, allowing you to build your practice around both your lifestyle and income goals.

Clinicians maintaining a full caseload can typically expect to earn approximately $85,000–$115,000+ annually, depending on licensure level, payer mix, and caseload.
