Job Summary The physician is responsible for providing a variety of services to patients. A friendly, caring, courteous, and professional attitude must be displayed at all times, as the physician has front‑line contact with patients and families. Duties and Responsibilities Perform clinical, supervisory, administrative, and other duties as assigned by the company. Provide care at the locations and times established by the company, based on patient needs. Provide reasonable call coverage, participate in administrative and committee meetings, and may serve as the supervising physician of physician assistants employed by the company (including entering into delegation agreements as required by Arizona law). Perform all duties to the best of the physician’s ability in a manner satisfactory to the company. Accurately maintain, prepare, and preserve patient records, and make reports required by the company. Perform all duties in accordance with the applicable standards of care of the medical profession and any relevant professional associations, as well as federal, state, or municipal law and agency regulations. Adhere to all written policies, rules, procedures, handbooks, and standards established or adopted by AZCCC, including utilization review, quality assessment, and continuing medical education. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college of medicine with a valid unrestricted license to practice issued by the Arizona Medical Board.
