$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • Mon Thu 7:30 am 5:30 pm, Fri 8 am 12 pm 40 hrs/week
• 10 12 patients per day
• Outpatient setting rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
• Dry Needling and Manual Therapy certification required
• EMR: Epic
• Lifting and transfer skillset required
• Hand Therapy and Wound Care certification preferred
• First time travelers accepted
