HCM Architect - Remote

DescriptionKforce has a client seeking a Remote Oracle HCM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions with a primary focus on Talent Management and Compensation. This role serves as a strategic advisor to HR, Total Rewards, and business leadership teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that enhance workforce effectiveness and employee experience.Responsibilities:* Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions focused on Talent Management and Compensation* Serve as the Oracle HCM subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on system capabilities, roadmap planning, and solution architecture* Partner with HR, Talent Management, and Total Rewards teams to evaluate and optimize business processes* Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud security configurations, workflows, approvals, and system controls* Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, and architecture reviews* Design and oversee integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs, and related technologies* Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and sustainable solutions* Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, perform impact analysis, and recommend system enhancements* Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and implementation best practices* Provide technical leadership for enterprise-scale Oracle HCM initiatives and system transformationsDesign and support solutions across:* Compensation* Workforce Compensation* Individual Compensation* Performance Management* Goal Management* Succession Planning* Talent Review* Career DevelopmentRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience* 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 3 years in an Architect or Lead Architect capacity* Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules* Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM security, configuration, and data architecture* Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud implementations and transformational initiatives* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsExperience with:* Workforce Compensation and Compensation cycles* Performance and Goal Management* Succession Planning and Talent Review* Career Development* Oracle Fast Formulas* HCM Extracts* HCM Data Loader (HDL)* Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)* REST and SOAP APIsPreferred Qualifications:* Oracle Cloud HCM certifications* Experience with Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, or Absence Management* Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools* Experience supporting global organizations and complex compensation structures* Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practicesJob TypeContractCompensation80 - $90
