Responsibilities:
Oversee the nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care

Provide mentorship and coaching to nursing staff, promoting growth and professional development
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
Unencumbered RN or LVN license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in patient care and staff management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
