Practice Overview

• Join a CRNA-led, collaborative team at a Level 3 trauma centers with MD backup
• Perform a wide mix of cases including general surgery, OB, healthy peds, ortho trauma, ENT, urology, and more
• 5 ORs with dedicated room assignments and independent CRNA practice
• Regional anesthesia opportunities and pre-op evaluation support provided

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, typically 8 AM-5 PM with variable end times
• Average 32-40 clinical hours per week plus call
• Weekend call approximately 1:7; post-call days always off
• Home call with 30-minute response time (1-hour for most cases); protected early AM call window

Compensation & Benefits

• $300K W2 or $360K 1099 base salary with tiered signing bonuses up to $50K
• 13 weeks of guaranteed vacation plus optional extra shifts or moonlighting
• 100% paid medical, 75% paid dental/vision, $2,500 CME, 401(k) with 3% employer contribution
• Occurrence-based malpractice, licensing reimbursement, and AANA dues covered

Candidate Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with Oregon licensure (or eligibility)
• Comfortable practicing independently across a variety of surgical services
• Open to new grads or experienced CRNAs seeking clinical autonomy and lifestyle balance
• Regional anesthesia experience or interest preferred
