We are seeking two Operations Support Specialists to join our team and help implement our software platform for customers. In this role, you will work closely with internal team members and customers to support software deployments, coordinate implementation activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement and configure the software platform.
• Coordinate implementation activities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide operational and technical support during software deployment and post-implementation.
• Assist customers with onboarding, training, and system adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
• Maintain implementation documentation, process guides, and customer records.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Software Implementation, Customer Success, or Technical Support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based software platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with software implementation or onboarding projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
• Experience providing customer training or user support.
