Assembler- (Multiple Shifts Available)

We are hiring Assemblers to join our growing team. No electronics experience required! We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to learn soldering, wiring, electronics assembly, blueprint reading, testing, and quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand tools and work instructions

• Perform basic mechanical assembly and quality checks

• Follow safety and manufacturing procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Cross-train in multiple departments and learn new skills

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hand tool experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
