Qualifications

• Certified in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT-NM or NMTCB).
• Valid state license to practice nuclear medicine (or eligibility).
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a hospital or clinical imaging department.
• Proficient in administering radiopharmaceuticals and operating imaging equipment.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare teams.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Analyze imaging results and ensure high-quality, accurate images.
• Safely administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment, ensuring radiation safety guidelines are followed.
• Document procedures, patient histories, and imaging outcomes promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers for coordinated patient care.

$3,252 - $3,441/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
