Rutherford Veterinary Hospital is seeking a responsible, dependable, outgoing, and hardworking individual to join our CSR (Customer Service Representative) team! We need someone with great communication skills as well as computer skills. Previous Veterinary Customer Service Representative experience a plus. The position we are filling will require working Saturdays and some Holidays. Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries regarding Veterinary care for their pets
• Provide information about the products and services we provide
• Document and update client pet records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products and services we offer

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
