RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the Night Shift to ensure provision of high-quality patient care Conduct regular rounds to assess patient conditions and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor and report patient progress to the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social work, and dietary, to ensure a seamless patient care experience Participate in on-call rotation and provide support to the Night Shift team as needed Provide education and guidance to staff on current clinical practices and standards Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies and procedures About the RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Role: As a Night Shift RN Supervisor at the Westchester Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a reputation for excellence in patient care.
