Assistant Store Manager We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and drive sales performance. The role involves collaborating with the Store Manager to maintain team standards, manage sales and profit goals, and ensure outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in setting and tracking daily sales and profit targets. Foster an environment of total customer satisfaction. Develop team members' product knowledge and sales skills through training and evaluation. Recruit, select, and onboard new staff members. Enforce all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Perform additional operational and strategic duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum one year of retail experience; experience in jewelry or specialty retail preferred. Proficiency with POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, and scheduling formats. Availability to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Benefits Base pay plus commission on sales.
