In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and designing customized landscape solutions that meet their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, strong sales skills, and a keen eye for design. Collaborate with the client to determine the vision for their outdoor space. Draft design concepts to show the client and get approval. Drive the sales and design portion of our Design/Build process. Meet or exceed your sales goal. Collaborate with the Design/Build team as they bring your concept to life. Requirements and Qualifications: (You may apply even if you do not meet every qualification) High-end sales: 3+ years (preferred) Landscape Design: 3+ years (preferred) AutoCAD or design software experience and skills Knowledge of design concepts, irrigation techniques, and hardscaping Horticultural experience Sales & estimating experience Excellent people skills Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or landscape design Benefits: Flexible schedule (Monday - Friday) Commission pay Weekly pay Professional development assistance Up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off can be earned. 8 paid holidays per year - New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Th/Fri), Christmas Eve, Christmas.
