A growing construction supply company is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to serve as the face of its showroom and support customers, builders, and internal sales teams.

A growing construction supply company is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to serve as the face of its showroom and support customers, builders, and internal sales teams.
This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and staying organized, with a reliable and teachable spirit!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist homeowners, builders, and contractors in the design center.
- Answer questions and help customers with product selections.
- Accurately enter and manage orders in company systems.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track orders and provide updates to customers.
- Prioritize daily tasks and manage multiple requests.
- Maintain customer records and provide administrative sales support.
- Learn product offerings and help guide customers to the best solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, sales support, or administrative support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Construction or building materials experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
