How you make a differenceThe Site Medical Director provides clinical leadership at the assigned facility and ensures compliance with medical standards and regulations. They deliver direct care, supervise healthcare staff, and coordinate with internal and external healthcare providers. Responsibilities include documentation, emergency response, treatment planning, and formulary compliance. The Medical Director supports continuous quality improvement efforts and participates in policy and protocol development.
