Crushing Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Crushing Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our crushing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe working environment for all staff. Requirements 2+ years of experience in crushing plant operations 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of crushing plant equipment, processes, and procedures Experience with maintenance and repair of crushing plant equipment Ability to prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks Comfortable working outdoors (in extreme Las Vegas weather conditions and a dusty environment) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook #J-18808-Ljbffr Maxwon LLC
